Set Up Time
Friday: Noon to 5pm. Saturday: 8:00AM – 11AM (Exhibits MUST be in place by 11AM on Saturday). Please be on time (take into account road conditions etc.). Late set up is not acceptable and is disruptive to all.
Tear Down Time
Sunday: 5PM – 7PM Exhibits must stay in place for entire expo. Tearing down early is in violation of your contract and will take away your Bride Lead List.
Unloading and Loading
All exhibitors must enter in the back of EVENT HALL A. Front doors will not be open to exhibitors.
Booth Assignment
You will be given your booth assignment when you sign in to set up (back of Event Hall) Booth spaces CAN NOT BE CHANGED. You must stay in your assigned space. Exhibitors have ordered special items specific to their booth.
Booth Dimensions
Single: 10′ x 10′; Double: 10′ x 20′; Premium: 10′ x 20′; Select: 10′ x 20′; Select Quad: 20′ x 20′ —- All booths are Pipe and Draped: 8′ high at rear and 3′ high on sides.
Signage
Exhibitors are to provide their own signage. Sign hooks are available at Art Craft Display desk.
Furniture
One 8′ skirted table, two chairs and one small waste basket/per single booth . Additional tables and chairs can be rented thorough Art Craft Display
Decorating Your Booth
An attractive booth will get attention. Be creative. Use banners, displays, display boards, ribbons, flowers, etc.. Set it up to best show off what you have to offer. Do not intrude on the aisleway or in your neighboring exhibitors booth space. Lit candles are not allowed. Balloons may be used for display, however, can not be given away to patrons. Helium tanks must be removed from the building during show hours.
